Orders
may be entered by phone, fax, e-mail, letter or from our Website. Please
order by part number, as this will ensure correct shipment. Note that
in many cases a cross-reference is provided to show both our part number
and the manufacturer's part number. If the part number is not available,
we can usually identify the part from your description and send the
correct part. However, we can assume no responsibility for correctness
unless ordering by part number.

We accept VISA or MasterCard for payment of all orders.
C.O.D.
Orders can be shipped C.O.D., The fee for C.O.D. is $5.00.
Non-U.S.A.Customers
Non-USA customers should use VISA or Master card if possible, as the
exchange is automatically computed at the most favorable rate. Payment
may be made by bank draft or money orders in U.S. dollars.
Shipping Information
Quick
Shipment Is Our Goal. If your surface shipment order is received before
1:00 PM Central Time, we will ship it the same day. Air shipment orders
must be received prior to 5:00 PM Central Time to be shipped the same
day.
NOTICE
RACING IS HAZARDOUS
Racing imposes extreme stress on all components involved,
and the installation and preparation of racing parts is beyond the control
of Taylor Race Engineering, Inc. There is no warranty of any sort, express
or implied, on any parts or products, supplies, or services sold by
Taylor Race Engineering. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased
from Taylor Race Engineering, please let us know and we will do everything
possible to make it right. We value your trust and confidence.
To
save costs to the customer, the shipping charge is based on the actual
UPS or Federal Express charges. No flat rate shipping charge that makes
you pay too much on lightweight orders. We also use the least expensive
rate offered by UPS and FedEx to insure the lowest shipping costs. Taylor
Race Engineering, Inc. will ship Government Post at the customer's request.
However, if shipment is made by Parcel Post, the entire risk will be
assumed by the customer. Taylor Race Engineering, Inc. will accept no
responsibility for non-delivery, loss, delays, or inconvenience.
Emergency
If you have an emergency need, we can ship for delivery
to your motel or to the race track. Please check with the motel or race
track for the correct UPS or FedEx address before ordering. UPS and
FedEx will deliver to many tracks on Saturday.
Returns
Errors in shipping occasionally happen. If we send
the incorrect item, we'll be happy to exchange it, and refund your cost
of return shipping. If we send what you ordered and it turns out to
be incorrect, we will be happy to exchange it. The part must be returned,
unused and in the original undamaged packaging, for exchange, credit
or refund. A $20.00 charge will be applied for repackaging.
- Return Goods
Authorization is required. Call for RGA number. Have your invoice
available, as the invoice number is required.
- Refund or exchange
is available only up to 30 days from date of purchase without restocking
charge.
- A copy of the
original invoice with the RGA number must be enclosed with the returned
item.
- There will be
no restocking charge if the error is ours, and the return is made
within 30 days of purchase. On all other returns a 15% restocking
charge will apply. After 30 days, the restocking fee will apply to
all returns.
- Any merchandise
held over 90 days may not be returned.
- Special orders
may not be returned for refund.
- Used parts may
not be returned for refund.
