Threaded insert for welding into your steel tubing for fabricating tie-rods, pushrods, wing struts, etc.  

1/4-28 or 5/16-24 thread using 5/8" x 0.035" wall tubing - ~0.025 lbs (~11g)

Insert protrusion into tubing is ~0.550" OD and 1/2" long
